Project "Federal legal portal: Computer crimes: qualification, investigation, preventive measures"

The project is devoted to the research of qualification characteristics, investigation and preventive measures of crimes in the sphere of computer information (articles 272-274 of Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
The reason for the creation of this research project was the growing popularity of scientific-practical researches in the field of information protection and computer crimes investigation. At the same time, there is an acute shortage of high quality, scientifically-valuable theoretical and empirical material.
The purpose of the project is the accumulation of scientific-practical research results in the field of criminal law, procedure, criminalistics and criminology, concerning qualifications, investigations, preventions and preventive measures of crimes in the area of computer information.
The project is created for rendering theoretical and practical help to students (cadets), post-graduates, to teachers of law higher education establishments (colleges) and faculties, law enforcement officers, owners, proprietors and users of computer information.
The main provision of the project:
1. The most effective counteraction to computer crimes is their prevention and preventive measures.
2. Prevention and preventive measures of crimes are impossible without extensive theoretical and practical knowledge.
3. The most effective way of updating such knowledge is a mutually beneficial cooperation and information interchange.
4. Mutually beneficial information interchange is the most effective method of fight against computer crimes.
