Cellebrite has released a maintenance version called UFED 4.1.2 Phone support version 2.
UFED 4.1.2 Phone support version 2 resolves issues related to the failure of physical extraction from Windows Phone 8 devices, resulting in the following error:
"EPR file is missing or corrupt".
